Site Evaluation:
We visit your property where your home will be built. Assess factors like topography, soil condition, access, utilities, and any legal or regulatory considerations.
Architectural Design:
Engage an architect or designer to create a customized home design based on the client's requirements. This phase includes conceptual drawings, floor plans, elevations, and engineering.
Permits and Approvals:
Collaborate with the architect to obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, such as building permits, zoning variances, and environmental clearances.
Budgeting and Contracts:
Develop a detailed cost estimate for your project, including materials, labour, and other expenses. Prepare a construction contract that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Sign the contract with the client.
Pre-construction Preparation:
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams. Schedule site preparation activities, such as clearing, excavation, and utility connections. Order construction materials and establish a project timeline.
Foundation and Framing:
Begin construction by laying the foundation, which may involve excavation, pouring concrete footings, and constructing walls. Once the foundation is in place, proceed with framing the structure, including floors, walls, and roof systems.
Mechanical Systems and Utilities:

Cabinetry, Fixtures, and Appliances:
Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. Coordinate with you to select and incorporate your desired finishes and features.
Final Touches: Complete any remaining construction tasks, such as landscaping, driveway installation, and landscaping (where applicable). Conduct a thorough inspection to address any outstanding issues and ensure your home meets quality standards.
Client Walkthrough and Handover:
Schedule a final walkthrough with you to demonstrate completed work and address any questions or concerns. Hand over keys to your home, provide relevant warranties, and explain maintenance requirements.
