Permits and Approvals:

Budgeting and Contracts:
Develop a detailed cost estimate for your project, including materials, labour, and other expenses. Prepare a construction contract that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Sign the contract with the client.
Pre-construction Preparation:
